Office Manager



Full time 37.5 hours per week

9am -5.30pm

DCM Construction are looking for an experienced office manager/administrator for their office in central Edinburgh. With over 40 years of qualified construction experience, the business aims to provide a personal and professional service to each and every client and this role is pivotal in achieving this.

Reporting directly into a Director, the role requires:

  • Day to day client engagement

  • Management of staff and sub contractors

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Preparation of quotes

  • Basic payroll

  • Basic HR

  • Invoicing

  • Other ad hoc tasks related to the smooth running of the business

The ideal candidate should be:

Have some experience in the above

  • Microsoft office skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An aptitude for learning new skills

  • A strong customer service ethic

Construction experience not necessary but is a bonus.
